All matches are at West Totton Community Centre, 7pm start, the choice of courts are first come first served.

Captains should confirm the match with their opponents, about a week before the match.

Teams consist of 3 players.

Each string is the best of 5 games, Point A Rally scoring to 11 points.

Marking should be shared between the teams.

The default game is squash, but if players wish they may play racketball instead.

There are no result cards, but a result sheet is on the notice board, for captains to complete.

Scoring 1 point for every game won, plus 2 points for the team winning the most strings.

Matches cannot be postponed, so reserves must always be played.

Players who are not scheduled to play are encouraged to turn up with their kit, as reserves may be required.
